| Boutique resort hotel can generate positive social benefits in terms of providing jobs,improving rural landscapes,and enhancing the visibility of their locations.Zhejiang Province is the main industrial agglomeration area of boutique resort hotel in China,and has cultivated a number of boutique resort hotels loved by consumers.Affected by the new crown epidemic,the development of some boutique resort hotels in Zhejiang is currently facing dilemma,and the failure to express the "place spirit" to consumers more effectively is one of the reasons.Therefore,it is necessary to rethink the contemporary connotation of the interior "place spirit" of Zhejiang boutique resort hotel,explore the more effective expression mechanism and expression strategies of "place spirit",and promote the development of the industry at the interior design aspect.The literature research method,the case study method and the interdisciplinary research method is used in study.Firstly,based on the review and integration of the research results of "Genius loci" theory and body perception,a new insight of the connotation of the interior "place spirit" of contemporary Zhejiang boutique resort hotel is put forward,and its connotation which is the interactive "presence" phenomenon between people and places is proposed,and its manifestation which is "behavior field" is proposed,and its realization is through bodily perception.Secondly,the manifestation of "place spirit" in the excellent contemporary Zhejiang boutique resort is analyzed,the performance and content dimension of the "presence" phenomenon are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the "presence" between people and places based on behavioral characteristics can be better reflected as the reason of the "place spirit" is more obvious in excellent cases.Thirdly,the expression mechanism of interior "place spirit" of contemporary Zhejiang boutique resort hotel is constructed from aspects of the goal,structure,content dimension and implementation of the expression mechanism.Finally,the spatial expression strategy of transmitting interaction and dynamics,and the expression strategies of presenting synesthesia and meaning are suggested to improve the expression validity of "place spirit".Contemporary consumer culture and daily life promote Zhejiang boutique resort hotel,it is needed to understanding and expression of "place spirit" on the basis of contemporariness and body subjectivity.Only in this way can the hotel fully express the "place spirit",obtain the recognition of consumers,overcome the crisis and promote the development of the industry. |
