Research On Rural Landscape Design From The Perspective Of Micro-renewal

With the advancement of a series of strategic guidelines and policies for the construction of new rural areas,the construction of beautiful villages,and rural revitalization,the rural landscape has also gone through the period of infrastructure construction,the period of emerging development,and the current period of rapid development.Under the guidance of national and local development,rural landscape Gradually from the stage of basic material to the stage of rural quality improvement,previous research has studied the problem of rural landscape construction from various angles,and has explored many excellent reconstruction modes and types to solve the existing difficulties in rural areas.However,due to the lack of development concepts and design methods in the process of rapid construction,it cannot adapt to the current high-quality improvement stage,and problems in the process of rapid development have gradually emerged,mainly as follows: 1.The comprehensive transformation of the landscape first,This leads to serious landscape homogeneity;2.The total investment is relatively lacking,which leads to unreasonable utilization of resources;3.The lack of regional characteristics leads to the lack of villagers’ sense of identity.As one of the important contents of rural revitalization,rural landscape construction is the material carrier of cultural inheritance.Therefore,how to solve the above problems has become the focus of current rural construction.Micro-renewal is an urban renewal theory used in the bottleneck period of high-quality urban development.,has a wide range of application scenarios and construction effects,but the micro-update theory is less used in rural landscapes.Therefore,this paper attempts to construct a design method of rural landscape micro-renewal,and use the Lanjia yard to carry out the design and application practice of micro-renewal.The thesis takes the rural landscape as the research object,aiming at the current problems,based on the perspective of micro-renewal,and advocates a "micro" way to intervene in rural construction,from the overall elements of the village landscape(building landscape,road landscape,plants)Landscape,public facilities)and single elements(node ??space),and combined with cultural landscape for comprehensive thinking and exploration.The thesis first extracts the design content and design experience from the case of rural landscape micro-renewal,and condenses the key points of design strategy.The role of living space connotation,in order to achieve the effects of existing landscape differentiation,accurate investment,and empathy of the subject,providing a demonstration case for the theoretical application of micro-updates,and inheriting rural culture in the design practice of Lanjia courtyard.,to promote rural revitalization and provide practical reference for rural landscape reconstruction.The thesis has six chapters.Chapter One Introduction.Introduce the research background of the paper,then define the research objects and micro-updates,and then analyze the research status at home and abroad,summarize the entry point of the research,express the purpose and significance of the research,and finally summarize the research methods and sort out the research framework,which lays the foundation for the further development of the thesis.The second chapter is the survey of the general situation and current situation of rural landscape construction.This chapter reviews the process of rural landscape construction,sorts out the modes and types of rural landscape reconstruction,and through the investigation of the current rural landscape reconstruction,puts forward the main problems and analyzes their internal causes.The third chapter proposes the feasibility and path of "micro-renewal" concept to intervene in rural landscape.Firstly,the theory of micro-renewal is introduced,and the value orientation of micro-renewal intervention in rural landscape is pointed out.Through the research and analysis of multiple cases of micro-renewal intervention in rural landscape,effective design experience is summarized from practical cases,which lays the foundation for subsequent design methods.The fourth chapter establishes the design strategy and method of rural landscape micro-renewal.Following the analysis of relevant articles and cases,this chapter condenses and deduces the key points of the rural landscape micro-renewal strategy:protection-that is,the protection of the original landscape,restoring the spatial texture;updating-that is,the intervention of the landscape space,activating the vitality of the space;empowerment-That is,the trigger of the site landscape event,awakening the connotation of the space,on this basis,the strategic thinking of the landscape micro-update is overlapped,and finally the design principles and methods of the landscape micro-update are proposed,which lays the foundation for the application of the case method in Chapter 5.Chapter 5 unfolds the "micro-plan" of Lan’s yard landscape.Relying on the Lanjia yard in Yubei,Chongqing as the design object,taking the micro-renewal method as an attempt,aiming at the landscape space and landscape elements of the Lanjia yard,through the analysis of the current situation,villagers’ demands,historical and cultural analysis,micro-darning,light intervention,In order to solve the problems of the current situation,meet the daily needs of the villagers,explore the cultural connotation of the site,and demonstrate the viewpoints of this paper.Chapter 6 Conclusion.Summarize the paper,point out the shortcomings of the paper and the direction of efforts.
