| The aging of the Chinese society has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.The state attaches great importance to it,promulgated relevant policies and regulations,and mobilized forces from all walks of life to actively participate in it.Beginning to shift towards diversification,the pension industry has been able to develop rapidly.As an important way of life for contemporary people,tourism is also favored by more and more elderly groups.Many elderly people will choose a natural and pleasant environment to travel and live for a long time to enrich their old-age life and improve the quality of old-age care.The concept of sojourn pension is based on the general situation of the diversification of pension models and the rapid development of the sojourn industry.The sojourn pension model is of great help to the physical and mental health of the elderly.It combines the advantages of traditional pension models and modern pension models.At the same time,the hot spring industry with health care functions in the tourism industry has gradually become a hot industry.Therefore,hot spring residence has become an advantageous project that is very attractive to the elderly.As the elderly enter a period of physiological decline,the body’s ability to adapt to changes in the external environment is weakened,and factors such as climate,temperature difference,and humidity may cause physical pain.Therefore,it has become a common phenomenon for many elderly people to choose a migratory bird-like way of living for the elderly.In view of this development situation,the author proposes the idea of combining sojourn and elderly care with the design and research of hot spring resorts,taking the elderly who take care of themselves as the object,and they leave their habitual residence for staged living as their lifestyle,and take leisure health care,aerobic fitness,tourism and vacation as the object.The landscape environment is planned and designed for the main purpose,such as hot springs and health care,so as to meet the physical and mental needs of the elderly.In this paper,the argumentation research is carried out according to the logic of "proposing the problem-analyzing the problem-solving the problem-empirical deduction".First of all,the specific research direction is clarified,through the analysis of the research background,research purpose,as well as the analysis and summary of the relevant research results on the landscape design of sojourn for the elderly and hot spring resorts at home and abroad,and put forward the innovation points of this research,in order to provide the elderly For the purpose,the hot spring resources are the material basis,and the design of the public landscape environment is carried out by means of communication behavior;secondly,through the comparison of traditional pension and modern pension methods,the role of the era of "living and pension" is analyzed,and the adaptability and combination of sojourn and pension are summarized.The resources of the hot spring resort form a multi-functional living and wellness condition,so as to further study the correlation between the sojourn pension and the landscape of the hot spring resort.Combined with the special requirements of the elderly,this paper summarizes and summarizes the principles,strategies and methods of landscape design of the hot spring resort for the elderly.Natural resources and other landscape conditions,find a more suitable design strategy,and propose a more reasonable environmental landscape design method that meets the needs of the elderly,so that the combination of theory and practice is more practical.It is hoped that this paper can provide useful reference and practical reference value for the related research on the landscape design of hot spring resorts in the mode of living and retirement. |
