Research On Landscape Design Of Nursing Town Under Sojourn Mode

Statistics from the Blue Book of China's Urban Pension Index(2017)show that China is striding into an aging society.By the end of 2016,the elderly population aged 60 years and over will be close to 240 million.According to the forecast of the National Commission on Aging,by the end of 2050,the elderly population is expected to reach 480 million people,accounting for about 27% of the total population.Population aging has become a social problem that needs to be solved in China's development,and people's thinking about it is also increasing.Old-age pension has also become a hot social issue.Older people have a good expectation of their old life,and a better imagination is bound to be accompanied by higher requirements.The combination of the rapid development of tourism and the old-age pension mode has led to the development of the old-age living mode,alleviating the increasingly severe old-age pension problem to a certain extent,and gradually meeting the needs of the elderly for a happy old age.Based on the psychological needs and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,this paper studies the landscape design of residential pension towns.Taking the elderly as the research object,combined with the new way of living for the aged,to satisfy the special landscape research of the elderly,the multi-disciplinary cross-research method was adopted,including the related theories of gerontology,landscape ecology,horticulture therapy and so on.Firstly,the psychological,physiological and behavioral characteristics and needs of the elderly are elaborated,which provides a basis for the landscape design of special old-age towns.Secondly,by using the methods of literature review and field observation,this paper discusses the current situation of the lack of suitable aging in the old-age towns in China,and combines the excellent cases at home and abroad to analyze one by one andsummarize the deficiencies in the research area,so as to provide the basis for the construction of the landscape design method of the residential old-age towns.Finally,by summarizing the characteristics of the elderly,combining with the needs of the elderly,and analyzing excellent cases at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the principles and Strategies of landscape design of residential old-age town to meet the needs of the elderly.Combining the above principles and strategies,this paper through the field investigation of Lanhe Old-age Town Project in Taikang County,Zhoukou City,Henan Province,understands a series of conditions,such as site climate resources,historical context,location characteristics,surrounding environment and traffic conditions,and designs a suitable landscape of residential old-age town.And make a strong argument for the above principles and strategies.Through the research of this paper,the design method is realized to make the landscape of the old-age town accord with the characteristics of living for the aged.Put forward the principle and strategy of pertinence,enrich the related theory of landscape design of small town for the aged and bring reference value.
