Study On Planning And Design Of Future Community Based On Industry-City Integration

The future community plays a very positive role in promoting Induatry-City Integration,urban renewal and the creation of a Common Prosperity Demonstration Area,which is highly valued by society.In particular,it can help solve existing problems of many industrial cluster area and traditional communities.Therefore,it is necessary to study the planning and design of future community based on Industry-City Integration.Based on the understanding of future community and analysis of its development characteristics,combined with inherent requirements of industrial cluster area,this paper takes the planning and design schemes of four future community cases as empirical analysis,and puts forward the planning and design strategy of the future community from the perspective of Induatry-City Integration.The full text is divided into six parts:Part I: Analysis of research background.This part analyzes the background of the emergence of future communities,and elaborates the development status and value of industrial clusters.Part II: Research on the development of future communities.This part summarizes the current situation and development requirements of future community development.Part Ⅲ: Targeting the problems in the current industrial agglomeration and community construction,this part summarizes the requirements of Induatry-City Integration on future community development,and analyzes the interaction mechanism between the industrial agglomeration areas and future community.Part Ⅳ: Taking the planning and design scheme of four future community cases as research object,this part analyzes the project status,positioning,objectives and relevant planning and design strategies for Induatry-City Integration.Part V: Given conclusion of case analysis in the fourth part,the part puts forward the planning and design strategies and key points from several aspects for future community planning and design based on Induatry-City Integration.Part VI: This part verifies and elaborates the planning of the above-mentioned design points through empirical research of Hangzhou Yunfan future community.
