| With the large-scale construction of power transmission networks by Grid State Company in recent years, the length of the grid line has grown significantly, the power transmission capacity has been greatly enhanced, which strongly supports our country’s economic and social development.Maintenance tasks for grid lines are also rapidly increasing at the same time.Live work has become a necessary work method to ensure the continuous supply of electricity under the conditions of power supply reliability.Obviously, compared to ordinary works, there are more complex types of safety risks and stricter safety prevention for live work. Therefore,it is the main subject of current research for us to take effective control measures to improve the risk management of live work,so as to avoid live work safety accidents and ensure the stability of the power grid.In the past, the technical risk control of live work was generally based on the operating procedures of power companies on live work, the actual working process of live work by professionals. With the development of live work, more systematic and scientific risk assessment and control are required,so as to avoid the occurrence of live work safety accidents. This article takes the live work technology of distribution network in mountainous areas as the research object. After completing the technical knowledge of live work, collect the risk categories faced in the actual work of live work in the distribution network in mountainous areas, and obtain the risk factors that can affect the safety of live work. And then use the accident tree analysis method to perform reverse deduction to determine the overall risk level;Build a technical risk evaluation system for live work in mountainous areas, form an evaluation mathematical model, and apply the AHP and LECD semi-quantitative analysis methods to qualitatively and quantitatively calculate and sort the impact of risk factors and the importance of prevention and control; Finally,in response to the high-level safety risks, effective countermeasures were taken from the aspects of technology and organization, and two innovative live-work safety prevention products were proposed, which provided ideas for the future technical safety risk management of live-work operations in mountainous distribution networks. |
