As an important part of intelligent transportation,urban tunnel plays an indispensable role.Tunnel lighting is a key link in tunnel operation.Unreasonable lighting scheme cannot ensure that drivers can enter and exit the tunnel safely,but also cause a lot of energy waste.Aiming at the energy-saving problem of urban tunnel lighting,this dissertation used the luminance index and visual performance to evaluate the tunnel lighting quality and energy-saving effect,and adopted a Conv-GRU network combined with self-attention mechanism algorithm to realize the energy-saving of tunnel lighting system.The main work of this dissertation includes:Firstly,a method based on DIALux 4.13 simulation is used to determine the adaptation luminance.The tunnel model is established by DIALux 4.13 software.The luminance of typical elements at tunnel portals was obtained by setting the sunlight lighting scene.Combined with the area percentage of typical elements at tunnel portals in the driver’s 20 ° field of view outside the tunnel,the adaptation luminance is determined by the environmental sketch method.Then,based on this method,the effects of tunnel entrance orientation,luminous climate and the adaptation luminance are studied.Based on the established tunnel model,the type selection and specific layout scheme of lamps are optimized.Comparing the lighting schemes before and after optimization,the energy-saving effect can reach 10.7%.Secondly,the tunnel model was used to study the influence of different visual background environment on the driver’s response speed.A target detection experiment was designed based on the visual performance.In the experiment,2 different visual background environments,11 adaptation times,5 road surface luminance and 5 target eccentricity were taken as independent variables,and the reaction time and missed target rate of 12 participants were collected as dependent variables.96 groups of experimental data were analysed,it is concluded that the driver’s reaction time in the non-uniform background is 13.9% lower than that in the uniform background.Finally,the energy-saving method was used to adjust the lighting luminance of the established tunnel model.In order to realize the adaptive adjustment of tunnel lighting system luminance,aiming at the defects of some common tunnel lighting luminance adjustment methods,Conv-GRU network combined with self-attention mechanism algorithm was used to adjust the luminance in the tunnel.The existing traffic volume,traffic speed and adaptation luminance were used to predict the luminance of tunnel threshold zone and interior zone on a certain day.The prediction results are compared with those of various algorithms,the reliability of Conv-GRU network combined with self-attention mechanism algorithm is proved.DIALux was used to compare the tunnel lighting effects before and after the optimization of the energy-saving method.The results showed that the lighting uniformity index in the tunnel was still above the specification requirements after the energy-saving method was used,the lighting luminance was significantly reduced,and the lighting energy consumption in the optimized tunnel was about 42.8% lower than that before the optimization.
