The lower attitude to the international shipping market results in an embarrassing state of shipbuilding market.All shipbuilding companies are actively taking measures to reduce shipbuilding costs,shorten the shipbuilding construction cycle,and enhance their survivability in adverse conditions.Therefore,strengthening process control,shortening the production cycle of ships,and achieving lean shipbuilding has become the direction of joint efforts of shipyards all over the world.Precision management is an important part of lean shipbuilding.The implementation of precision management during ship construction is an objective production requirement.There is a significant solution to realize high construction quality,better scientific management,work efficiency improvement and production costs reduction.With the profound changes in the international shipping market,ultra-large container ships have become the mainstream of the shipping market.To meet environmental protection and economic needs,ultra-large container ships with dual-fuel power have become a highly anticipated high value-added ship type.This paper combines the construction accuracy control plan of the 23,000 TEU ultra-large container ship to study.On the basis of theoretical analysis and test on real ship,a method for accuracy management of large container ships was solved.First,conduct related research on the basic construction accuracy control plan of the ship’s hull.The size benchmarks for the main hull,parts,sections,general assembly and loading are defined and set based on the size benchmarks of typical areas of real ships.Combined with the related theory of accuracy allowance,the principle and standard of allowance addition and release are studied,and the actual ship segment allowance addition and release plan are set up.Then carry out relevant research on the block accuracy control plan for the particular area of the ship.Applying the basic accuracy control plan of hull construction,for the particular area of the vessel(hatchway torsion box and LNG fuel tank),respectively,the setting of allowance is studied,and each process accuracy control program is established.Elaborate.Finally,the relevant research is carried out on the precision control scheme of the guide rail pre-installation in the transom compartment area.Combining with the focus of the construction of container ship outfitting accuracy,clarify the accuracy management process of outfitting parts,and formulate a detailed control plan for the installation of the sectional guide rails of the ship’s transversal bulkhead and the general assembly of transversal bulkhead.The research results have been verified during the actual construction of the 23,000 TEU dual-fuel container ship.The research and formulation of the entire ship’s precision control plan is effective way to bring out the improvement of the construction technology and the production management efficiency.
