Application And Research Of Non-allowance Shipbuilding

Along with the fastgrowth of structure model in the shipbuilding market,the requirementfor the construction accuracy of the intermediate product of shipbuilding has been increasing significantly.Compared with Japan and South Korea,Chineseshipbuilding industry's shortcoming mostly exists in non-allowance shipbuilding,and the key technology of non-allowance shipbuilding is accurate welding shrinkage compensation and hull accuracy control.In order to effectively improve the proportion of non-allowance blocks in the whole ship and shorten the shipbuilding period,I focused on learning the advanced non-allowance shipbuilding technology at home and abroad,and meanwhile combined theoretical standard of the amount of welding shrinkage compensation with the actual situation of the workshop,and combined the segmentation accuracy control standard system with a few cases of ship in our company,so as to greatly promote reliability and accuracy of the research.In this paper,the research content are as follows: The key technique in the non-allowance shipbuilding,the technical schemes adopted to solve these key technologies andcases reflecting non-allowance shipbuilding technology advantages.The detailed contents include the following aspects:(1)hull segmentation accuracy control standards of non-allowance shipbuilding,the causes of error in the hull segmentation precision,theory of dimension chain and the precision management system of the hull construction;(2)precision compensation principle,the method and recommended standard of adding precision compensation and effect verification in shipyard;(3)The precision control of part processing,assembly unit,block assembly,the mid-grand-block joining,the grand-block joining.(4)improvement of accuracy control technology of non-allowance shipbuilding.The research achievements of this paper include: China Shipping Industry(Jiangsu)Co.,LTD.,the non-allowance sections proportion increased from 0% of 57300 DWT to more than 80~90% of 64000 DWT,38000 DWT,9400 TEU ship series.
