Abstract/Summary:
As the "nerve endings" in the smart city system,smart properties are closely connected with urban residents and directly affect the improvement of people’s happiness in life.In the continuous upgrading of information technology,the interactive research and experience design of intelligent property service system can improve the efficiency of property service,and enable urban residents to obtain a better intelligent life experience.Based on the principle of interaction design,this paper conducted research around the user’s behavioral characteristics,psychological cognition,and usage scenarios,and combined a software park intelligent property solution project in Yangzhou to further summarized the optimization method for the interaction design of contemporary intelligent property service systems.First of all,this paper started with mainstream smart property solutions at home and abroad,deeply understood its research process,development status and evolution trend,and summarized the development direction of smart property service systems.Secondly,this paper analyzed its product logic and business characteristics based on interaction design theory,and combined theoretical research in other related fields and industries to determine the important guiding significance of interaction design theory in the design of intelligent property service systems.Then,through the user research method of quantitative research and qualitative research,the needs of the target population of the intelligent property service system was analyzed,and the user role model in line with the business scenario was deduced.The above model was used to guide the design of an intelligent property service system interaction scheme in line with the subject research,so as to solve the problem that the feedback from the community residents in real life cannot perceive the services provided by the property or the perception is not strong,and the existing property system is inefficient in responding to the owner’s service demands question.By optimizing the interactive experience between the property terminal system and the property APP,this study can effectively improve the efficiency of property work,and improve the satisfaction of urban residents with smart property services.
