| With society advances,the government pays great attention on medical resources and medical environment.As far as most major hospitals,it would be a complicated and toilsome task to register from the internal department layout,flow of people or logistics.It will cost patients much time on consultancy before an examination,register and queuing and looking for a department.Based on mobile communication,indoor mobile positioning,mobile computing and other medical guide application,some changes have taken place on the medical field for the recent years,which provides a new channel for the medical guiding service.Nowadays,the market demand of mobile guiding-medicine application in our country is increasing rapidly.Facing with the increasing users,how to improve the user experience is important for the design of medical guide application.This dissertation focuses on the application of mobile guiding-medicine application from the perspective of the situational analysis.The purpose of this dissertation is to study the user’s behavior and fundamental motive from the outlook of time and space where the users are,and to explore the user’s basic and potential needs,providing users with more suitable experience way in the current context,improving the interactive experience of guiding-medicine application.First of all,the situational analysis theory and users’ experience are studied and analyzed,seeking the human-computer interaction model designed by the context and user experience.Based on the situational theory,the dissertation puts forward that design of guiding-medicine application featured by users experience,which provides the theoretical guidance.Secondly,the situational observance and questionaires are adopted,the dissertation conducts a detailed analysis of the basic features,using behaviors and functional requirements in a qualitative and quantitative way;combined with relevant information of mobile guiding-medicine application,some problems should be tackled in the context of mobile guiding-medicine application,finding the potential users.Based on constructing the context,the corresponding solutions are put forward for the users,deducing a series of functions and the interactive procedures in the context for users;in the end,the solutions are used in the design of concepts;according to the prototype of the interactive process,and the usability of application is verified for users;the dissertation draws a conclusion that mobile guiding-medicine application can help users to obtain a good experience,so as to guide the similar applications in the future,which makes a contribution to the field of health care. |
