| In response to the call of the country,various regions have devoted themselves to the construction of smart cities in recent years.On the one hand,street lighting facilities exist as the most basic part of urban construction.On the other hand,there is an obvious social demand for intelligent street lamps.The "multi-pole integration" method can not only combine the functions of various devices,but also reduce the cost and footprint of the equipment.Entrusted by Nanjing Electric Light Source Material Science Institute of The Ministry of Light Industry,this paper studies and improves the problems of smart street lamps in real life as a starting point.The modular design idea is used to optimize the design for the problems of unclear positioning of current smart street lamps,jumbled functions and inconsistent overall style.This design practice is based on the modular theory and combined with the product system design methodology to conduct an analysis and research on intelligent street lamp products.First of all,the theory of modular design is sorted out to understand the meaning of modular and the relationship between modules,and to clarify the current research results,technical level,application fields and application advantages.Find the feasible convergence point of smart street lamp and modular design.Secondly,the market,users,technology,human-machine environment,modeling rules,laws and regulations of smart street lamps are fully investigated,and the product positioning is analyzed and concluded.The first phase of the sketch is for functional integration and modeling design,the second phase of the sketch focuses on refining the three modeling programs,and the third phase of the sketch is to modify and polish one of the programs to determine the final program.Under the guidance of modular design,the following product modeling,structure,man-machine,materials and technology,and other aspects of the program design.Among them,the focus is on the structure and material process design,which can help improve the landing and feasibility of products.Finally,SD analysis method is used to conduct semantic evaluation of the design scheme,verify the gap between the product scheme and semantic positioning,verify the rationality and feasibility of the design scheme and the achievement of the design objectives.Innovation: The modular design theory is used to integrate all subsystems of the overall system,so that the design of intelligent street lamps can achieve the correspondence between visual beauty and complete functional requirements.The optimized design at the structural level facilitates the disassembly and installation of the smart street lamp for different functional requirements in different application scenarios.The selection of materials and processes not only beautify the appearance,but also saves production costs and increases the landing performance.In addition,the functional module connector of the product is designed to be universal to facilitate the replacement of the old and new modules,which not only shortenes the design and production cycle,but also prolongs the service life of the product and increases the ductility of the product. |
