Indoor Intelligent Plant Product Modular Research And Design

With the rapid development of modern industrialization,the economic have been took off.At the same time,environmental pollution,air pollution seriously influence people's daily life,so people began to protect indoor environment through a variety of effective methods.Most people used green plants to purify indoor environment because of lower prices and significant effect.In recent years,along with the advancement of industry 4.0,internet of things technology have infiltrated in the green plants,and all kinds of intelligent green plants are developed in the market,but the defect of these products in the design is worthy thinking about.Based on the modular design of intelligent indoor green plant product,we study the existing intelligent green plant facilities and products.Taking their functions and structures as reference,then we would maintain that indoor green plant products in the design should have the functions and features,and explore the modular design ways and means of the indoor intelligent green plant product base on the user demand,environment,function module,the module structure,material selection,plants selection and other factors.This paper summarizes the entire development characteristics of the intelligent green plant products at home and aboard from origins to the present,and roundly analyses the relevant science and technology,the application of patent and functional structure about the intelligent green plant products,and investigates price,the appearance,function,structure and using place of related intelligent green plant products through the mall and each big electric business platform.At the same time,the implementation to the function of prototype design and the corresponding application of electronic components are also researched and produced and we studied the design method and step of the existing modular product are studied and preliminary mastered the modular design concept and the basic design steps,then we analyzed the function domain and structure domain of intelligent green plant products in order to integrate each function module and structure module.Finally,according to the needs of users and the indoor environment features,thispaper summed up the necessary functions of intelligent indoor green plant products,and the functions and structure of the intelligent green plant product were further optimized base on the method of modular design.On the basis of realizing the function of intelligent control,the indoor green plant products are multifunctional and different components can be freely combined as user wish using the modular design.In this paper,the final design scheme was proposed,and the future development trend of modular design in the field of intelligent green plant products is looked.
