A Study On The Suitability Of The Old Multi-storey Residence In Hefei

China has entered an aging society since about 2000,and the living and living problems of the elderly have increasingly become the focus of social concern.The research object of this paper is the old house in hefei in the 1980s and 1990s.The research content focuses on the problem of suitable aging reconstruction of these old houses.These old residential buildings that need to be renovated have good structural performance,and there are a large number of them in hefei area,which has certain value of reconstruction.In this paper,literature research,field survey and questionnaire survey are combined to study each other.The development course and the evolution of residential suite in hefei were studied by means of literature research.Field survey method was used to investigate the old residential buildings in hefei.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly in hefei.The first chapter introduces the aging situation at home and abroad and some old people's housing theories abroad.The research content and related concepts of this paper are defined.The purpose and significance of this study are discussed.The second chapter studies the physical and mental needs of the elderly and their demands for indoor and outdoor space activities.The ergonomics for the aged is discussed.The third chapter investigates and studies the old residential areas in hefei in the 1980s and 1990s with the method of field survey.Through the field investigation and questionnaire survey of old and old houses in the fourth chapter,it is finally determined that the new village of xiyuan in hefei city is the main object of this paper.Through the corresponding observation and analysis,this paper summarizes the problems faced by the old and old houses in xiyuan new village.The problems of the elderly discussed in the fifth chapter are reflected in the problems of traffic,living and living space,kitchen and bathroom space,and the intelligent design of the elderly's life.Among them,traffic problems focus on barrier-free traffic in unit public space and vertical space.Living in the activity problem concentrates in the bedroom,sitting room,balcony and other space scale and furniture reasonable design;Hutch defends dimensional problem to concentrate in the ground,metope,furniture scale,comfortable sex facilities etc.The elderly life refers to the intelligent alarm system of intelligent design problem,including bedroom,bathroom,kitchen,sitting room space such as intelligent alarm device,using these devices can be smoothly to the situation of old people notice to the corresponding property management department and the medical department.The above research will improve the factors affecting the life of the elderly,which is beneficial to improve the living quality of the elderly.According to the discussion and reconstruction of the measures for the aged in this paper,it is hoped that it will be of some significance for the elderly people's housing in hefei and even anhui.
