| Production logistics is an important part of discrete manufacturing machining workshop.With the digital,networked and intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises,the number and types of equipment in workshop are increasing.The original production logistics management and control mode based on manual or semi-automatic operation is difficult to deal with the data information of multi-source and heterogeneous production logistics equipment.Without an efficient and stable wireless communication network,slow data information feedback is easy to cause information islands.In particular,the production logistics of large smart factories or workshops,and the transmission and processing of data generated by a large number of production logistics equipment are easy to lead to large internal flow load of the network and occupy more network resources.Large transmission delay is caused.In the process of machining workshop production logistics,there are many kinds of materials and processes,and the main elements are closely linked.If there is production disturbance,there is no evaluation of topological structure index and physical index of workshop production logistics and timely intervention,it will make workshop production logistics difficult to operate efficiently.Taking the wheel hub machining workshop of a forklift factory as the research object,according to the basic characteristics of discrete manufacturing workshop layout,material distribution process,workpiece type and processing technology,the shortcomings of production logistics control mode are analyzed.Combined with the demand of workshop intelligent production logistics and the information flow of production logistics process,the workshop intelligent production logistics mode is proposed.According to the communication network requirements of workshop production logistics,the 5G communication and WDS wireless networking mode are adopted to construct the communication network architecture and implementation scheme of workshop and workshop,as well as intelligent production logistics in workshop based on 5G communication.Combined with TCP/IP protocol and the on-board implementation scheme of 5G communication network,the data transmission network of forklift AGV based on 5G is designed,and the delay test of 5G network and the position accuracy test of forklift AGV of production logistics transportation carrier are carried out to ensure the efficient and low-cost distribution of workshop materials and realize the fine production.Based on the IOT architecture of intelligent discrete manufacturing workshop with cloud-side collaboration,the CPS basic unit of workshop production logistics is integrated,and the CPS architecture and configuration mechanism of intelligent production logistics in discrete manufacturing workshop based on cloud-side collaboration are proposed.Aiming at various multisource heterogeneous data generated in the process of workshop production logistics,there are problems such as high task response delay and insufficient system bandwidth in the calculationintensive scene of multi-task and large amount of data.The task scheduling model of CPS task calculation time cost and task data transmission cost of workshop production logistics is established.The objective function with time constraints is proposed,and the solution is solved by improved ant colony algorithm.Cloudsim platform is used for simulation to verify the superiority of EC-ACO scheduling model in time performance compared with Cloud-ACO scheduling model.At the same time,increasing the number of calculation nodes at the edge can further improve the time performance of EC-ACO scheduling model.Due to the wide variety of materials and processing technology of the production logistics in the discrete manufacturing workshop,there is a complex relationship between the main factors of the workshop production logistics(processing workpiece,forklift AGV,processing equipment).Using the hypernetwork method based on multi-layer network,a three-layer workshop intelligent production logistics hypernetwork composed of processing process network,processing equipment network and forklift AGV transportation network is established.The topological structure evaluation indexes(such as centrality,aggregation coefficient,etc.)of the network and the basic physical information indexes(such as equipment load,handling time,processing time,etc.)in the process of workshop production logistics are studied.The coupling relationship of processing process,processing equipment and forklift AGV in the intelligent production logistics hypernetwork of discrete manufacturing workshop is clarified,and the theoretical support for the optimal and stable operation of production logistics business in discrete manufacturing workshop is provided. |
