Power plant belongs to a typical capital intensive enterprises,equipment costs accounted for most of the construction cost.Equipment often spend tens of millions,this makes the operation of the power plant to equipment management very seriously.The high efficiency and standardization of quipment operation and maintenance is the core of the healthy development of the power plant.Good operation of the equipment is the essential condition of power plant survival and create economic benefits,but also the important guarantee of safe production.In recent years,with the degree of automation and informationization level gradually improve,power generation industry have greatly improved production efficiency.But at the same time due to the relatively backward maintenance way of power plant,most power plants are generally adopt the traditional planned maintenance mode.The planned maintenance iss given priority to running time,it has couldn’t accurately reflect the actual operation of the equipment,and also couldn’t reflect well the maintenance requirements of the equipment.It is easy to cause lack or excessive maintenance equipment,it will make the equipment maintenance work is not reliable,inefficient and not cost-effective,etc.In this paper,on the basis of existing systems and data of JW power plant,applying the idea of industrial engineering management,intelligent diagnosis as the core,combining the theory of whole life cycle management,predictive maintenance technology,and other information infrastructure,to optimize the maintenance management of JW power plant,improve the efficiency of maintenance.Significantly improve the reliability of equipment,significantly reduce the abnormal failure of the equipment;Use life management,to improve the security of the equipment,reasonably to improve the service life of equipment;Use intelligent maintenance,achieve predictive maintenance management,extend the cycle of maintenance,reduce maintenance spending.Fully support the innovation of equipment maintenance management mode and the ascension of maintenance ability for JW power plant.
