| Social life cycle assessment(SLCA)is a method that combines life cycle theory with social impact assessment. Now it has become an advanced and effective tool. However, due to its regionality, the specific contents and research methods are still difficult to be unified. At present,in China, prefabricated building is a construction form vigorously promoted by the state. However,at present, the public’s views on prefabricated building are still mixed. Therefore, how to combine the characteristics of prefabricated building with cast-in-place building, study SLCA method comprehensively and establish reasonable evaluation model is an urgent research direction.According to the basic framework of social life cycle evaluation method, this paper establishes the social sustainability impact evaluation index system of prefabricated buildings compared with cast-in-situ buildings.Firstly,it determines the scope of the social impact assessment framework of prefabricated buildings from "cradle to use".Secondly, based on literature review,Internet search, expert interview and NVivo analysis, four categories of stakeholders who may be affected at the social level in the life cycle of prefabricated buildings are determined, the list of subcategory social impact life cycle in the current framework is established, and the quantitative evaluation method of each subcategory index is put forward.Thirdly, using structural equation model and Amos software, determine the weight of each social impact;Construct the social sustainable impact evaluation model of prefabricated buildings compared with cast-in-situ buildings. Finally,it compares the social sustainability impact of prefabricated buildings and cast-in-situ buildings, and puts forward the promotion strategy of prefabricated buildings to assist the promotion and decision-making of prefabricated buildings.Compared with cast-in-situ buildings, the sustainable social impact evaluation index system of prefabricated buildings proposed in this paper can,on the one hand, extend and enrich the research of social life cycle evaluation in the field of architecture; On the other hand, quantifying the social impact, the evaluation results can help make better decisions before the implementation of the project, and can also promote the development of prefabricated buildings. |
