Abstract/Summary:
In 2015,the United Nations promulgated the "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development",of which 17 Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)have established the current world’s common vision and mission.In 2020,China has proposed the "2030Carbon Peak,2060 Carbon Neutrality",This will promote profound systemic changes in the economy and society.The construction industry has caused huge carbon emissions and energy consumption and is considered to be one of the main threats to sustainable development.Therefore,the construction industry is facing the challenge of reforming construction and operation methods to achieve sustainable transformation.The promotion and application of prefabricated buildings is one of the effective technologies and important ways to deal with challenges.At present,the country has formulated a variety of policies to promote its development.However,the current evaluation system of prefabricated buildings is not perfect,especially the quantitative evaluation research on the sustainable performance of the building is not sufficient.Therefore,exploring and studying the comprehensive evaluation system of prefabricated building sustainability has important theoretical and practical significance.This thesis establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for the sustainability of prefabricated concrete buildings covering six dimensions of quality and safety,durability,industrialization development level,environmental impact,economic performance,and social impact from two aspects of functionality and impact evaluation.Among them,quality and safety involves two levels of project and structure;durability involves conformity evaluation and entity evaluation;the level of industrialization involves four aspects: architecture and structure design,component production and transportation,structure construction and decoration,management and benefits;environmental impact dimensions Established life cycle environmental impact assessment(LCA)quantification and quantification of carbon emissions at the physical and chemical stage;economic performance using life cycle cost analysis(LCC)to establish direct cost and environmental cost calculation methods,and China’s carbon trading system and hypothetical carbon tax system scenarios The carbon cost calculation method of the prefabricated building stage;the social impact dimension uses the life cycle social impact assessment(S-LCA)to establish an evaluation system including 5 stakeholders.According to the different concerns of stakeholders,eight performance indexes were constructed for multi-dimensional sustainable combination evaluation.Identify the types of uncertainties in the input data for multi-criteria decision-making problems in comprehensive evaluation,and propose a technical selection framework to deal with various uncertainties in different decision-making environments.In addition,SDGs are included in the project level of the construction industry,and the comprehensive evaluation system of this article is linked to the SDGs indicator framework;the transformation performance index(TPI)is introduced to measure the sustainable transformation performance of construction projects;the corresponding architectural design issues are extracted from the list of SDGs indicators and architectural elements,carry out sustainable design based on SDGs,expound the roles that various departments and stakeholders in the construction field should play in realizing SDGs.Then,based on the core academic database,the literature review method is used to propose multi-dimensional sustainable performance improvement suggestions combined with emerging technologies,and the application status and future trends of artificial intelligence(AI)in the field of construction engineering and management are discussed,with a view to implementing various AI in the field of construction methods to further optimize the sustainable performance of the building.Finally,the established sustainability evaluation system of prefabricated concrete buildings is applied to actual projects to verify the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation system.
