At present,in the construction process of ship lock head formwork,the construction efficiency rate of formwork is low due to the repeated erection of full scaffolding,which causes the waste of manpower and material resources,prolonging the construction period and affecting the construction progress.In view of this,this paper takes a ship lock in Anhui province as the research object,and develops a new type of assembled template structure suitable for multi-size empty box structure according to the structure characteristics of the lock head.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to calculate the stress and deformation of the new type prefabricated formwork structure,and the stress and deformation characteristics of the new type prefabricated formwork structure were studied.In order to realize the rapid disassembly function of the new type of assembled formwork,the functional laboratory assembly test of the new type of assembled formwork was carried out.The specific research content and results are summarized as follows:(1)In order to adapt to the multi-size structure characteristics of gate head empty box,a new type of assembly template structure with rapid assembly requirements was proposed by studying the structure characteristics of gate head multi-size empty box and choosing the connection node of traditional template.The structure includes a new type of assembly template support structure and a new type of assembly panel.The new assembled formwork support structure can adapt to the connection of different Angle of multi-size panel.The new prefabricated panels are connected by new prefabricated nodes.Taking the head of a ship lock in Anhui province as an example,a new assembly formwork structure is developed.(2)In order to explore the rationality of the new prefabricated formwork structure in the process of concrete pouring,the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to carry out the numerical simulation of the stress and strain of the new prefabricated formwork structure.The stress of the new type assembled formwork panel is mainly compressive stress.The maximum compressive stress is 204.13 MPa,which does not exceed the allowable compressive strength of the template 235 MPa.The maximum tensile stress of bolts in connection joints appears above the bolts,and the maximum tensile stress is 586.45 MPa,which is lower than the ultimate tensile strength of 800 MPa and yield limit of 640 MPa,meeting the requirements of corresponding specifications.The maximum compressive stress appears at both ends of the orifice in the horizontal direction,and the maximum compressive stress is 204.13 MPa,which is smaller than the yield strength of steel template Q235 material 235 MPa.The maximum displacement of the new assembled formwork surface is 2.7966 mm,which is less than the allowable disturbance value of the corresponding flexural member 12.5mm.In the polygonal structure of empty box,the maximum compressive stress of the new assembled template support occurs in the middle of the crossbar,which is 14.712 MPa,which does not exceed the ultimate compressive value of the material 235 MPa.The maximum displacement of the main stress rod supported is 0.13319 mm,which is lower than the allowable disturbance value of the corresponding flexural member 3.55 mm,and the whole support is not damaged by tension and compression.In the empty box circular arc structure,the maximum compressive stress of the new assembled formwork support occurs in the middle of the crossbar,which is 3.8114 MPa,and does not exceed the ultimate compressive value of the material 235 MPa.The maximum end displacement of the main force rod supported is0.0424 mm,less than the allowable value of disturbance 3.55 mm of the corresponding bending member,and the whole support is not damaged by tension and compression.That is,the stress and deformation of the whole new formwork structure meet the requirements,and the structure design is reasonable.(3)Based on the design and numerical simulation analysis of the new prefabricated formwork structure,the functional indoor assembly test of the new prefabricated formwork structure in the process of pouring concrete is carried out.The research results show that the new prefabricated formwork structure proposed in this paper can meet the stress and strain law and the assembly requirements of multi-size empty box structure.
