| The prefabricated structure is realized by prefabricating components in the factory and on-site assembly.It has the advantages of short construction period,cost reduction,energy saving and emission reduction,etc.It has been vigorously promoted by my country in recent years.Lattice type SRC structure refers to a SRC structure in which the section steel inside the structure is mostly channel steel or angle steel.As a kind of steel-concrete composite structure,lattice type SRC structure has the advantages of high bearing capacity and seismic performance.At present,the cast-in-place construction method is basically used for the connection of lattice type SRC components,and the prefabrication degree is low.There is a lack of systematic research on the connection of precast lattice type SRC components.Therefore,it is necessary to propose a new connection method suitable for precast lattice type SRC components.Using flanges,bolts,steel bar connectors and other connection components,several new splicing methods for precast lattice type SRC column and steel reinforced concrete column,precast lattice type SRC column and reinforced concrete column,precast lattice type SRC column and foundation were designed.Using flanges,corbels,hoop steel sleeves and other connecting parts,several connection methods for precast lattice type SRC column and steel reinforced concrete beam,precast lattice type SRC column and reinforced concrete beam,precast lattice type SRC column and steel beam,precast lattice type SRC column and composite beam were designed.According to the basic principles of mechanics,the force analysis of the proposed new connection node was carried out,and the force analysis of the main force-transmitting components in the nodes is carried out and the shear,bending and compressive bearing capacity formulas at the nodes are given.According to the structure and force characteristics of precast lattice type SRC column splicing node and precast lattice type SRC beam-column connection node.The finite element models of flange-bolt splicing node between precast lattice type SRC column and steel reinforced concrete column,and pre-embedded steel plate-bolt connection node between precast lattice type SRC column and steel reinforced concrete beam were established respectively,and established the cast-in-place models under the same conditions.Through calculation and analysis,the mechanical properties of the two prefabricated components and the cast-in-place components were basically the same.This article analyzed the influence of different design parameters on the mechanical performance of components,the result showed that the precast column-column flange plate-bolt splicing node had the best component bearing capacity when the flange thickness was 30mm,the axial compression ratio was 0.5,and the number of M27 bolts was 12.The bearing capacity of the precast column-beam embedded steel plate-bolt connection node was relatively best when the flange plate thickness was 25mm,the axial compression ratio was 0.5,and the number of M20 bolts was 16. |
