| Developing prefabricated buildings is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of construction industry and realize the industrialization of construction.In recent years,with the promulgation and implementation of the prefabricated building policy,the prefabricated building has entered the stage of rapid development.However,at present,there are few mature wall panel enclosure systems matching prefabricated buildings,and the research and development of new wall panels focuses on the mechanical and thermal properties of wall panels,and the research of production and application technology is relatively lagging behind,which makes it difficult for some newly developed wall panels to be widely promoted in engineering practice.Therefore,the research on the production and application technology of newly developed wall panels,especially the research on the standardized design and industrial production process of new exterior wall components,is of great significance to promote the application and promotion of new wall panels in engineering practice.This paper takes the aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel developed by our research group as the research object,and studies its standardized design and production process.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1)Through the structural design of aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel,the calculation span and bearing capacity selection table of aerated concrete panel base is proposed,and the standardized design of the base wall panel is realized.Through the limitation of the performance indexes of the materials used in each construction layer of the exterior wall panel,the thermal performance parameters of the components of the wall panel were unified,and the thermal calculation selection table of the building exterior wall meeting the requirements of different energy-saving design standards was put forward,thus realizing the standardization,standardization and serial design of the aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel members.Based on the force analysis of the wall plate joint,the selection table of the joint connecting parts is put forward,and the standardized design of the joint is realized.Through the design and calculation of reinforced flat steel for door and window openings,the selection table of reinforced flat steel for exterior wall door and window openings is put forward,and the standardized design of reinforced members for door and window openings is realized.Based on the analysis of the performance requirements of the exterior wall board system,the standard construction methods of the main wall part,the thermal bridge part and the exterior wall board joint are put forward,and the standardized design of the detailed structure of the wall board system is completed.2)On the basis of standardized design,with the purpose of improving production efficiency and quality and the principle of automation,standardization and environmental protection as the production process design,the production process design research was carried out,the structural composition and composite mode of composite insulation wall panel were analyzed,the production mode was determined,and the production process design scheme and process flow were proposed.Based on the analysis of functional requirements for process design,and the construction of production system structure,finally combined with the wall panel trial production analysis and tensile bond strength test,put forward the production suggestions.3)Taking the student apartment of a university in Jinan City as the pilot project,the standardized design of aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel was carried out.Based on the results of Design Builder energy consumption simulation analysis,the energy-saving design improvement suggestions of aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel of the pilot project were proposed.The research results can provide reference for the application of aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel in engineering practice. |
