| In civil building space,ventilation is very important.There are two ways of ventilation,mechanical ventilation and non mechanical passive ventilation.Compared with mechanical ventilation,passive ventilation has advantages in environmentfriendly and keeping human health.In the process of survey and design of construction projects,the preliminary design of construction drawings and the previous stages have a crucial impact on the passive ventilation effect of buildings.(1)Based on the characteristics of the environment and climate in Qingdao,this study systematically studies the passive ventilation of civil buildings with the help of CFD simulation tools,combined with the generation process of the preliminary design scheme of general civil buildings,taking a small sanatorium as an example.(2)The specific route is divided into four links: first,the feasibility study of passive ventilation for the regional environment of the target project;secondly,the collection and correction of meteorological parameters;secondly,the systematic study on the optimization of passive ventilation for buildings;finally,the evaluation and feedback of ventilation effect for the whole building.Finally,all links are coupled to solve the ventilation problem of civil buildings.(3)This study from the early design of meteorological information collection,processing,analysis,to the design process of the macro volume layout,graphic design,vertical design,and then to the detailed design stage of the portal design,open fan design,air handling device and building integration design and other aspects of research.After the completion of the design,the outdoor wind field,ventilation efficiency,ventilation comfort and ventilation period of typical rooms are evaluated and predicted.Through the above research,this paper explores a set of systematic preliminary design method of Qingdao civil buildings based on passive ventilation,and provides optimization scheme for promoting energy-saving and comfortable passive ventilation. |
