| China’s construction industry has begun to change from high-speed to high-quality development,which puts forward greater challenges and higher requirements for the internal management of construction enterprises.The realization of high-quality,efficient and low-cost material procurement management has become the key element for construction enterprises to cope with the cruel market competition and obtain project profits.The establishment of performance evaluation system for material procurement management can further help construction companies to comprehensively evaluate the benefits and efficiency of procurement work,then find the problems in material procurement management.In order to improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises,we should make up for the shortcomings in time and increase the efficiency.This thesis uses factor analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for empirical analysis.Firstly,through literature reading,analyzes the research status and theoretical basis at home and abroad,and clarifies the selection principles of evaluation indicators and evaluation methods.On the basis of expounding the relevant theories and methods,this thesis focuses on the establishment of the performance evaluation model of material procurement management of construction enterprises,finds out the indicators that affect the performance of material procurement management,and then analyzes the questionnaire survey results through factor analysis method,obtains the six main components: Quality,benefit and integrity of material procurement,Fairness and efficiency of material procurement,Perfect material purchasing system and standardization of purchasing process,Material procurement business level,Material purchase satisfaction,Learning and training.The evaluation index system of material purchase management performance of construction enterprises is established by using factor analysis variance explanation rate weight,Finally,using the results of expert scoring method combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of A company,points out the shortcomings of A company.Six suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of A company’s material procurement management.Optimize the use of funds,reduce the cost of material procurement;Speed up the approval process of material procurement and improve the operation efficiency;Increase the rate of open bidding and strengthen the centralized procurement of materials;Do a good job in monitoring the price difference of materials to keep the purchase price of main building materials reasonable and stable;Through learning and training,improve the ability of the staff engaged in material procurement business in the grass-roots project department;Continue to maintain the integrity and selfdiscipline of the cadre team.It provides a reference for other similar construction enterprises in material procurement management performance evaluation and performance improvement. |
