| The increase of elevator speed brings faster transportation efficiency,and along with the increase of speed also brings a series of problems of horizontal vibration of high-speed elevator car,which affects the comfort and safety of riding the elevator,and the suppression of horizontal vibration of elevator car is the key problem to ensure the smooth operation of elevator.Therefore,to address the problem of high-speed elevator car horizontal vibration affecting ride comfort and safety,the main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)The car mathematical model dynamics equations are established based on D’Alembert’s principle,and Gaussian white noise is used as the guideway unevenness excitation,and the generated excitation signal is used as the input of the system.The car horizontal vibration data obtained from simulation analysis meets the specification standard,which verifies the accuracy of the established high-speed elevator car model.(2)A high-speed elevator car horizontal vibration active control model is established,variable universe fuzzy PID control method is designed,and the operation of the high-speed elevator car under three different working conditions is analyzed by MATLAB simulation.Compared with the uncontrolled effect,the values of horizontal vibration acceleration and horizontal vibration displacement have obvious reduction under the effect of the variable universe fuzzy PID control method,which verifies that the control method can effectively suppress the horizontal vibration of the car.(3)Based on the variable universe fuzzy PID control method,variable universe fuzzy PID control method based on back propagation(BP)neural network and non-dominated ranking genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)is proposed.A BP neural network model with quantization factor as input and root mean square of car horizontal vibration acceleration and root mean square of displacement as output is established on the basis of the traditional variable universe fuzzy PID control,and the model is used as the fitness function of NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to improve the system control accuracy by optimizing the quantization factor.The suppression law of high-speed elevator car under three different working conditions is analyzed by MATLAB simulation,and it is proved that the suppression effect of the variable universe fuzzy PID control method based on BP neural network and NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm on the horizontal vibration of the car is better than the traditional variable universe fuzzy PID control method.This paper is dedicated to improving the comfort and safety of elevator riding and providing a more accurate control method for the research and development of high-speed elevator technology.In order to overcome the problem of foreign patent technology blockage,we develop higher speed elevators and promote the development of elevator technology industry. |
