Diaphragm pump will inevitably produce flow pulsation in the process of material transportation.Flow pulsation will not only cause waste of electric energy,but also damage the service life of pipelines,and even lead to production accidents.Therefore,the use of control mode to coordinate the phases of multiple diaphragm pumps,so that different diaphragm pumps flow pulsation peak and valley offset each other,so as to achieve flow pulsation reduction,for improving the diaphragm pump pipeline material delivery effect is of great significance.In this paper,the phase synchronization control system of multi-diaphragm pump is designed,simulated and compared.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background of this subject,summarizes the development of phase synchronization control and variable universe fuzzy control of diaphragm pumps at home and abroad,and on this basis,puts forward the research idea of this paper,that is,using a variable universe fuzzy controller with a new expansion factor,and using BP neural network to optimize its parameters to realize the phase of multi-diaphragm pumps.Synchronization control.Secondly,based on the working principle of the diaphragm pump,the causes of flow fluctuation and its main disturbance forms are analyzed,and the characteristics and difficulties of the control system are put forward.Thirdly,in view of the characteristics and difficulties of the analysis,a variable universe fuzzy controller is designed.A new restriction condition of the expansion factor and its determination method are proposed through mathematical deduction.Based on this,a new expansion factor is given,and the expansion factor is optimized by using BP neural network to improve the adaptability of the system.Finally,the phase synchronization model of multi-diaphragm pump is established by using MATLAB software.The BP neural network variable universe fuzzy control algorithm,variable universe fuzzy control algorithm and traditional fuzzy control algorithm are simulated and compared.The simulation results show that the proposed control algorithm has good dynamic and static performance and strong anti-jamming ability,which provides a simulation case for the application of this method in practice.
