As the largest shipbuilding country in the world in terms of new ship completion in 2019,China is striving to transform from a "big shipbuilding country" to a "powerful shipbuilding country".As the key equipment of modern ships,integrated bridge system(IBS)is the key development direction of the shipbuilding industry at this stage.In the competitive market environment of domestic and foreign manufacturers,appropriate costing has become one of the core competitiveness of IBS products.Q enterprise urgently needs to carry out target cost management to achieve the cost target,so that the products can be recognized by the market and customers,and finally achieve the profit objectives of the enterprise.First of all,this thesis summarizes the target cost management theory,expounds the target cost method,the concept of value engineering and the basic concept of reliability.Analyzed the current situation of product cost management and cost composition of IBS,and points out the main problem of high cost of parts procurement caused by insufficient optimization of parts selection.Established the target cost system of Q enterprise IBS.Referring to the target cost system,this thesis studies the target cost establishment and target cost acquisition of IBS products in Q enterprise.According to the work steps of value engineering,the cost control of equipment procurement is studied,and the multi-objective optimization model for function improvement of value engineering is established with cost,reliability and dimension as the objective parameters.Using genetic algorithm to solve the Pareto optimal solution,this complex system multi-objective optimization problem is solved.Finally,the target cost control method based on genetic algorithm is applied to the IBS project of Q enterprise,and the improved scheme makes the optimized IBS products basically maintain the original level of reliability on the premise of meeting the design index requirements,and the cost is reduced by 13.73%,achieved the target cost.It solves the multi-objective optimization problem of equipment selection which is difficult to solve by traditional value engineering method,and provides an effective method for cost management of IBS in design stage.
