| In the context of the development of population aging, the huge demand for elderly care has become the first problem facing my country’s entire elderly care system and industry. In recent years, major domestic real estate and insurance businesses have invested in the development of elderly care projects, and more and more elderly care complexes, elderly care renovations and elderly care community projects have appeared on the market. These projects have alleviated the problems of inadequate care for the elderly at home and insufficient number of beds for the elderly in institutions. The problem of insufficient number of beds for the elderly.Generally speaking, these projects are still mainly for the sale of real estate, and there are still shortcomings in the design of the housing needs and care needs of the elderly. This study selects an open space in Shigezhuang Town,Wuqing District,Tianjin City as the design object.Based on the concept of continuous care,it explores the issues that need to be considered in the architectural design process of the elderly care complex, aiming to provide a reference model that can be used for reference in the design level of China’s fast-developing elderly care complex buildings. The full text is mainly composed of several parts: theory study, case study, survey analysis and research design. This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the selected topics, significance, research scope and related concepts. The second chapter starts with the development of Chinese and foreign elderly care systems.By summarizing the theoretical and practical research of senior care communities and senior care complexes at home and abroad, and then analyzing the care types and design methods of senior care buildings,it provides a reference for the design of senior care complexes in this article. The third chapter investigates the old-age care model in Tianjin and expounds the concept of continuous care.By investigating the status quo of home care for the elderly and elderly care institutions in Tianjin, analyzing the differences and advantages and disadvantages of these two models.Proposing the concept of continuous care and specific architectural design principles. These lay the theoretical foundation for the research design of Chapter 4.The fourth chapter is the elaboration of research design, which is divided into site design, architectural design and structural design.Firstly, the location conditions, superior planning and surrounding environment of the site are explained.Determine the site zone based on the ratio of the existing domestic elderly care communities, the surrounding needs of the site and the design target population. In architectural design, using typological methods, starting from the perspective of nursing relationship and residential relationship, explore the application of the concept of continuous care in architectural design, and design an elderly care complex in one of the communities. In architectural design, using typological methods, starting from the perspective of nursing relationship and residential relationship, explore the application of the concept of continuous care in architectural design. The fifth chapter reviews the entire process of the research-based design, summarizes the research results, puts forward the outlook for the design results, and points out the research deficiencies. |
