Research On Measurement System And Optimization Strategy Of Waterfront Space Vitality In Urban Central District

As an important connecting zone between city and nature,urban waterfront space.Especially in the context of contemporary urban renewal and stock upgrading,the environmental improvement and vitality reconstruction of urban waterfront space are more urgent.However,at present,more research on waterfront space focuses on local urban areas,which is based on the summary of practical experience,and the conclusion focuses on planning methods rather than the research on the rules of interaction between urban waterfront space and urban benefits.The summarization and refinement of these rules are the important basis for the improvement of the vitality of urban waterfront space.In this context,this paper,starting from the research on the formation mechanism of waterfront space vitality,through the exploration of the relationship between waterfront space vitality level and vitality influencing factors,expounds its internal mechanism and connotation.It provides theoretical basis and design guidance for the enhancement of waterfront space vitality in the process of urban renewal in the future.Based on the theory of environmental behavior,statistical analysis and expert consultation to construct the measurement system of waterfront space vitality in urban center.It is proposed to measure the waterfront space vitality as comprehensively as possible from two aspects of waterfront space vitality and its influencing factors.In order to verify the scientificity of the vitality measurement system,the waterfront space of Shanghai and Tianjin were selected as empirical cases to compare the vitality measurement index of waterfront space,the vitality measurement index of southern and northern cities and the vitality influencing factors.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to explore the internal influencing mechanism of waterfront space vitality,and the problems existing in the measurement index of influencing factors of waterfront space vitality of the city center from different dimensions.This paper clarifies the formation mechanism of waterfront space vitality,tries to establish the measurement system of waterfront space vitality in urban center,and puts forward the strategy of vitality optimization and promotion.It aims to enrich the research field of waterfront space and urban space vitality,and provide new ideas for the improvement of waterfront space vitality in the era of urban renewal.
