Earthquake,a sudden and devastating natural disaster,can cause a large number of casualties and huge economic losses.How to scientifically and quickly assess the seismic performance of building clusters in a region and propose performance improvement strategies is a key research area of concern for society,government and academia.In recent years,although many research works have been carried out in the evaluation of seismic performance of single building structures and regional seismic disaster prevention capability,there are still some problems: most of the single building structures are based on refined finite element models,and the calculation efficiency is low.Although many studies have been conducted on regional seismic disaster prevention capability,there is still a lack of assessment methods that are convenient for practical application.To this end,we focus on the key issue of rapid evaluation method of dynamic seismic performance of regional building groups,and follow the technical route of "problem formulation → key scientific problem → theoretical analysis and numerical simulation" with the help of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,from rapid evaluation method of seismic performance of single building structure,evaluation method of regional seismic disaster prevention capability,and rapid evaluation method of regional seismic performance update.The research is carried out in three aspects: the rapid assessment method of single building structure seismic performance,the assessment method of regional seismic disaster prevention capability,and the rapid assessment method for regional dynamic seismic disaster resilience considering building reinforcement.The main contents of this paper include.1.A rapid evaluation method for the seismic performance of a single building structure was constructed:(1)a research dataset on the seismic performance of the building structure was established,and the parameter calibration method of the MDOF shear layer model was sorted out and corrected;(2)The building parameters that directly affect the seismic performance of the structure are sorted out,the independent key parameters are selected through correlation analysis,the regression analysis based on multiple function expressions is carried out,and a direct prediction method for the rapid evaluation of the seismic performance of the building structure is proposed.(3)Comparing the evaluation results of building structure damage grade under different methods,the direct prediction method of rapid assessment of seismic performance of building structure proposed in this paper is applied.The research shows that the difference in damage state obtained by the MDOF model method and the direct prediction method for the rapid evaluation of the seismic performance of building structures are within one grade range,which can meet the needs of rapid assessment of the macro seismic performance of the structure.2.Established a method for assessing the earthquake and disaster prevention capabilities of the region:(1)Based on the principle of "purposefulness,hierarchy,pertinence and operability",the factors affecting the regional earthquake and disaster prevention capabilities were determined by consulting literature and expert interviews,and an indicator system of regional earthquake resistance and disaster prevention capabilities covering 4 target layer indicators and 15 criterion layer indicators was constructed;(2)Using the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy method,questionnaires were issued,the weight coefficients of influencing factors were determined,and a regional earthquake resistance and disaster prevention capacity assessment system was formed;(3)A regional earthquake and disaster prevention assessment was carried out on a campus,and the assessment results showed that the earthquake resistance and disaster prevention ability of the area was at a passing grade,of which the seismic performance of the construction project was relatively poor,and the seismic performance of the construction project needed to be improved.3.A rapid assessment method for regional dynamic earthquake resistance and disaster prevention ability considering building reinforcement is proposed:(1)The effective reinforcement methods for improving the seismic performance of building structures are sorted out,and the changes in the seismic performance analysis parameters of traditional reinforcement,viscous damping damping and seismic isolation are analyzed;(2)A rapid assessment method for the seismic performance of the building after reinforcement was formed,and on this basis,a rapid assessment method for regional earthquake resistance and disaster prevention ability was proposed;(3)Taking a campus as the research object,the application of the method of rapid assessment of regional earthquake resistance and disaster prevention ability after the reinforcement of building complex was carried out,and the results of the assessment of dynamic earthquake resistance and disaster prevention ability were compared and analyzed.The research results show that after the reinforcement and transformation of some buildings,the seismic performance of the area can be improved to a certain extent.
