Disaster assessment prior to the occurrence of a disaster is another way of thinking about earthquakes,which can avoid major casualties and economic losses.After the 21 st century,the process of urbanization in China has been accelerated.However,there are few studies on the vulnerability assessment of urban regional buildings.How to select the reasonable structural seismic response parameters to quantitatively assess the vulnerability of the group buildings is worthy of further study.In this paper,the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to select the typical evaluation index factors,and the seismic performance of the urban area is studied by using the inter-layer displacement angle parameter index to provide a reasonable reference for the government departments to formulate the earthquake disaster reduction plan.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the methods of seismic loss assessment and vulnerability assessment are distinguished and systematically summarized.The vulnerability assessment method is applied to evaluate the seismic vulnerability of the urban building group by combining the evaluation method with the structural seismic response parameters.(2)The seismic fragility analysis of reinforced concrete structures is carried out by taking the story drift angle as the index of structural seismic response.The relationship between the damage degree of the frame structure and the damage degree of the building structure is studied by taking the story drift angle as the transition.The average earthquake damage index is calculated using the probability of failure state to assess the seismic vulnerability of buildings.(3)In this paper,the hierarchical model of vulnerability assessment in disaster reduction area is established.Taking the earthquake vulnerability analysis of disaster reduction community as an example,the factors of population culture,social economy,ecological environment and public management index are selected synthetically.Using the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of the index factor,the paper uses the MATLAB software to carry on the consistency test to establish the judgment standard of the vulnerability level,and analyzes the vulnerability index of the evaluation index factor,to put forward the specific suggestions for the community disaster prevention and mitigation measures.(4)This chapter evaluates the direct economic losses of regional buildings.The probability density function of structural seismic response is established by using the interlayer deformation ability as the parameter.Based on the prediction of economic loss of single building earthquake disaster,an improved formula for calculating the direct economic loss of frame structure is proposed considering the dynamic factors of time and the continuity of damage state.The results show that the method is more conducive to the decision making of stakeholders,and the prediction method is more meaningful.(5)Based on FEMA-P58,this paper reviews the process of seismic performance evaluation of buildings,and analyzes the casualties-population model,and introduces the theory and calculation formula of equivalent continuous residence(ECO)model.FEMA-P58 method has more practical application value.(6)In this chapter,the vulnerability analysis method of seismic damage of the regional group buildings based on the evaluation of seismic damage of single building is presented.The improved AHP is used to calculate the weight of seismic damage factor,and the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is embedded.According to the principle of deviation,the damage level of the building is determined,and the probability of damage to the damage of the group building is deduced,and the seismic performance of the building is determined,which can provide reference for the application of the vulnerability assessment of the later buildings.
