Community commerce is the basis of urban commerce and the basic guarantee to meet the daily life of community residents.With the improvement of residents’ income level,new changes have taken place in residents’ consumption demand and consumption form.Due to the lack of consideration of residents’ consumption demand,the contradiction between supply and demand has become increasingly apparent.After the concept of "quarter hour convenient life circle" is put forward,community commerce will develop in a more people-oriented direction.Therefore,based on meeting the consumption demand of community residents,this paper studies the supply of community commercial facilities in the ancient city of Suzhou,and explores the optimization ideas and methods of community commercial facilities in the ancient city of Suzhou under the guidance of residents’ consumption demand.The research mainly includes three parts: the supply status of community commercial facilities in the ancient city of Suzhou,the consumption demand of community residents and the optimization strategy of community commercial facilities in the ancient city of Suzhou under the guidance of consumption demand.Firstly,the paper combs the relevant theoretical basis,and understands the research status of consumer demand and community commerce at home and abroad through literature review.On the basis of summarizing the current research results,the paper analyzes the consumer demand of residents,the characteristics and historical evolution of community commercial facilities,analyzes the correlation between them,and puts forward the consumer demand of residents for community commerce,namely functional demand Convenience needs and environmental quality needs.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the supply of commercial facilities in the ancient city community of Suzhou,selects typical communities for key research,and analyzes the current situation of the supply of commercial facilities in typical communities from three aspects: business structure,spatial layout and environmental quality.Thirdly,the consumption demand of typical community residents is obtained through the questionnaire,including the travel mode of residents’ consumption,the frequency of visits to various commercial facilities,the preference of consumption demand,the satisfaction and influencing factors of community commerce,and the correlation analysis is carried out with the current situation of community commercial facilities construction,including the correlation analysis between the type of commercial facilities and residents’ consumption preference Through the correlation analysis between the spatial layout of commercial facilities and the characteristics of residents’ consumption and travel,and the correlation analysis between the completion quality of commercial facilities and residents’ satisfaction,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of community commercial facilities under the guidance of residents’ consumption demand,and finds that the current construction of community commercial facilities in the ancient city of Suzhou takes less consideration of the difference of business demand There are three main problems: the contradiction between spatial layout and residents’ consumption and travel characteristics,and the renewal of community commercial facilities lags behind the change of residents’ consumption demand.Finally,in view of the actual problems in the construction of commercial facilities in Suzhou ancient city community under the guidance of residents’ consumption demand,I put forward optimization strategies from the four aspects of business configuration,spatial layout,environmental quality and business model,and put forward corresponding optimization strategies for the commercial facilities of the three types of communities in Suzhou ancient city according to the classification of the types of communities in Suzhou ancient city. |
