| The protection of traditional village architectural heritage is a complex process involving multiple stakeholders. For a long time, although the heritage protection led by the government has achieved certain results,it is faced with a wide range of village-type architectural heritage, which is prone to fund shortage and other difficulties. How to exert market force effectively is an important way to preserve and reuse heritage. From the perspective of property rights strength theory, this paper uses qualitative research method and combines the practice of market protection of traditional village architectural heritage in Suzhou to analyze the role of market forces in the process of heritage protection in detail,in order to provide reference for the protection of traditional village architectural heritage in China.Firstly, the concept and connotation of property rights intensity are summarized, and the three elements of "system intensity-behavior intensity-relationship intensity" are constructed to establish an analytical framework for the market-oriented protection of traditional village architectural heritage, and the path that property rights intensity promotes the market-oriented protection of traditional village architectural heritage and its mechanism are analyzed.Secondly, the protection process of architectural heritage of traditional villages in Suzhou is sorted out and divided into three stages: budding stage, exploration stage and development stage.Based on the actual research and combined with the architectural heritage protection cases of Mingyue Bay Village,Houbu Village,Wengxiang village and Tangli village, this paper analyzes the general situation of traditional village architectural heritage protection and the problems in the protection process. Finally, this paper selects Yugeng Hall of Mingyue Bay ancient village,Carved flower building of Tangli Village and Baojian Hall of Luxiang Village for empirical study, and puts forward three different market-oriented protection paths of "strengthening protection with shares","seeking protection with exchange" and "maintaining protection with rent".Among them,"Strong protection with shares" takes shares of property rights, technology, capital and management, and focuses on the interaction between property rights system and practice to form a "diversified and win-win" protection pattern."Seeking protection in exchange" is based on the exchange of part of property rights,to find a new person responsible for the protection of heritage,to achieve the protection and reuse of architectural heritage;"Leasing and maintenance" capitalizes property rights, amplifies the role of networks and financial capital networks, and leases property rights to obtain operating income to subsidize the cost of architectural heritage protection. |
