| With the intensification of competition in the iron and steel industry,the project cost has become an important factor to obtain the project,and the time schedule management of the whole process of the project will directly affect the project cost control of iron and steel enterprises and equipment integrators.Therefore,as an important part of project management,project schedule management is very important for iron and steel enterprises and equipment integrators.By referring to the experience of time schedule management of engineering projects at domestic and abroad,using the methods of literature research,theoretical analysis and case analysis,taking CGL1 project as an example,on the basis of studying the relevant theories of project time schedule management and drawing lessons from the relevant technical methods of project time schedule management,combined with CGL1 project requirements,WBS is used to decompose the project and optimize the important nodes of the project.The optimization design is carried out in many aspects,and the time schedule optimization design scheme suitable for CGL1 E&A project is completed.Then the CGL1 E&A project practice schedule optimization design scheme is evaluated.The CGL1 schedule optimization design scheme is summarized,which provides a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project according to the planned nodes.At the same time,it will provide reference for iron and steel enterprises and system integrators to manage the project schedule.It also points out the shortcomings of this research,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of relevant research work of project schedule management in the future.Figure 12;Table 13;Reference 48... |
