Research On Comprehensive Park Renewal And Reconstruction Under The Concept Of "City Double Repair"

Since the reform and opening up,my country’s urbanization has accelerated significantly.After the first decade of the 21 st century,urbanization has gradually entered a new stage of incremental reduction and inventory optimization,and the characteristics of post-urbanization have become more and more obvious.There are a series of problems such as low utilization rate,dilapidated old city,loss of vitality,serious damage to spatial texture,and inconspicuous urban characteristics.In order to actively respond to urban transformation and development,the 2015 Central City Work Conference put forward the concept of "urban dual repair",namely "urban repair" and "ecological restoration",as a method to adapt to the current stage of urban renewal.As an important part of urban green public space,urban parks have long been responsible for urban residents’ outdoor activities,improving the quality of urban environment and reducing urban heat island effect.But the current development of urban parks is very unbalanced.” The status quo of park construction with low quantity and low quality” is an objective fact that is common in most cities.At present,the urban dual-repair concept,which advocates the principle of small-scale and incremental renewal,has achieved initial results in the field of old city space renovation,but it is still in the exploration stage in the more specific urban green space renewal.On the one hand,by improving the coverage of nearby services in urban parks,the number of parks has been increased;on the other hand,the quality of existing urban parks has been improved by renovating and renovating existing urban parks.This is necessary to improve the quality of urban green open space and optimize the layout of urban green space.Based on the above background,this paper takes the existing urban parks in the built-up area as the research object,and analyzes the contradiction between the current status of urban parks and the needs of citizens on the basis of relevant data research and field research.Using the theory of "city double repair",aiming at the problems of urban park renewal and reconstruction at the current stage,combined with relevant theories and representative case studies of urban park renewal,the method of urban park renewal under the concept of double repair is initially proposed.It is expected to promote the renewal and transformation of urban comprehensive parks under the background of urban double repair,so as to improve the service quality of public green space and improve the urban ecological environment.The specific research content includes the following aspects: Firstly,the research background and purpose and significance are expounded,and the background problems of the current urban park renewal and reconstruction are analyzed and studied.Secondly,it sorts out the development status of urban double repairs in my country;in addition,by tracing the development of urban parks at home and abroad,to understand the problems faced by the development of urban parks in different periods and the corresponding solutions,to provide a theoretical basis for the research of the article.Next,on the basis of relevant data and research,the main problems existing in urban parks are summarized,and the methods of urban park renewal and reconstruction under the dual-repair concept are initially proposed.The renovation of the park provides a certain reference value.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized,hoping that through further research thereafter,the park green space can better play its role and make the urban environment better.
