| With the increasingly fierce competition in the building materials market,the competition among building materials enterprises is more reflected in the competition of human resources.Performance appraisal is an important measure to improve human resource management.Under the circumstance that the internal and external environment and the enterprise’s development strategy and other factors are constantly changing,a perfect performance appraisal system can help enterprises retain core talents.In this case,the importance of performance appraisal continues to be highlighted,and many enterprise managers have strengthened their attention to performance appraisal.However,in practice,performance appraisal is still an urgent problem that enterprises need to solve,which is mainly reflected in performance appraisal indicators,performance appraisal methods and other aspects.Therefore,how to better conduct performance appraisal has become an important issue facing X Company.In this context,the thesis discusses the current situation of X company’s performance appraisal and its improvement strategies.This thesis first describes the research background and research content.Then briefly discuss the theory of performance and performance appraisal.The status quo of X company’s performance appraisal is analyzed,and the existing problems and their causes are analyzed.Then it focuses on the design process of the performance appraisal index system with the introduction of balanced scorecard,including the determination of the performance appraisal index system from strategic objectives.Finally,it puts forward the implementation suggestions and corresponding safeguard measures for the outstanding problems of X company’s performance appraisal.Through analysis,it is found that the outstanding problems existing in X Company’s performance appraisal include: relatively single quantifiable indicators of performance appraisal,unreasonable performance appraisal cycle,fuzzy performance appraisal objectives and insufficient feedback of performance appraisal results.Based on this,the thesis uses the balanced scorecard to construct the performance appraisal index system of X Company,and puts forward the corresponding implementation suggestions and safeguard measures.The implementation suggestions include setting up the performance appraisal leading group,training the appraisal staff,etc.Safeguards include institutional safeguards,organizational safeguards and cultural safeguards. |
