With the development of The Times and economy,more and more enterprises focus on the competition for high-quality talents.The scale and quality of talents have become the core competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,the problem of low retention and high turnover of talents is also troubling many enterprises.Practice shows that the separation rate of moderate is beneficial to revitalize the enterprise production and operation activities,stimulate competition consciousness,enhance the vitality of the team,but too much will wreck employee turnover rate of enterprise’s development momentum,hit the enterprise other staff’s work enthusiasm,and even shake its work stability,reduce the input and output of the enterprise human capital ratio.Employee dimission is an important problem faced by modern enterprises.High dimision rate will bring many harms to enterprises,such as increasing the cost of human resource management,reducing team vitality,eroding employee morale and damaging the reputation of enterprises.The paper firstly combs the literature,defines the concepts of paternalistic leadership style,employee turnover intention and psychological contract,and summarizes the relationship between the three variables.Based on social exchange theory and cognitive evaluation theory,the paper constructs research models and hypotheses,conducts research on employees of Company A,and analyzes statistical data based on SPSS 21.0 software to verify hypotheses.The paper not only analyzes the relationship between the turnover intention and paternalistic leadership style of employees in company A,but also determines the relationship between turnover intention,psychological contract and paternalistic leadership style.Data were obtained through questionnaire survey,after statistical correlation analysis,regression analysis and other empirical analysis,the conclusion is as follows:(1)The leadership style of Company A after the transformation is paternalistic leadership style.It can also reduce the turnover intention of the company’s employees.In 2021,the turnover rate of Company A will decrease to 13.80%.(2)For moral leadership and benevolent leadership,it can have a positive impact on the psychological contract,while authoritarian leadership has a negative impact on the psychological contract.(3)Turnover tendency is inhibited by psychological contract.(4)Moral leadership and benevolent leadership will have an inhibitory effect on employee turnover,while authoritarian leadership will have a positive impact.(5)Between paternalistic leadership style and turnover intention,psychological contract has a mediating effect.Secondly,provide corresponding reference for related enterprise human resource management of the same type in China: making use of the conclusion characteristics of turnover intention to formulate accurate recruitment plan;Construct the competency model based on paternalistic leadership style and formulate the talent training mechanism;Make full use of the positive influence of benevolent leadership behavior and virtuous leadership behavior to reduce employee turnover rate.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the full text,the follow-up development direction and research problems of this paper are determined.The research results can provide reference empirical analysis for the management of paternalistic leadership style in other Internet furniture enterprises of the same type in China.
