Research On Space Protection And Renewal Of Yulin Ancient City From The Perspective Of Cultural Landscape

Yulin ancient city as a cultural city with a history of more than 600 years,but in recent decades,affected by the wave of urbanization and old city renewal,the city appeared most of the problems existing in the historical city,including the destruction of characteristic buildings and landmarks in the city and the traditional pattern and style of the city damage and other problems.As an ancient city with the characteristics of the northern border,the protection of Yulin ancient city is of great significance.At the same time,the city needs development and people need a better life.Therefore,in the rapid economic development and society,the renewal of Yulin ancient city is an inevitable demand of urban development and construction.Under the background of Yulin ancient city,this paper mainly studies the ways and strategies of cultural inheritance and spatial characteristics continuation of Yulin ancient city in the development of the city,and realizes the goal of cultural inheritance through the protection and renewal of spatial characteristics.This paper first draws on the concept of cultural landscape to establish the formal-meaning relationship between Yulin culture and space.Then,it focuses on the existing problems of the ancient city space,and makes clear that the features and features of the ancient city space gradually disappear and cannot be recognized in the urban development and the functions of all aspects can not meet the needs of urban development and residents in the macro domain,street corridor level and node sign level.The logic behind these problems can be attributed to the transformation and promotion of cultural connotation.This paper proposes methods and strategies to continue and deepen the original cultural connotation and conform to the contemporary cultural connotation from the perspective of the area space,street corridor space and node interface space of the ancient city.Focus on the whole historical development characteristics of the ancient city,including the location,historical evolution,spatial evolution,as well as the protection and renewal process of the ancient city,summarizes and extracts the landscape pattern,street and lane pattern and spatial characteristics,traditional architectural characteristics of Yulin ancient city from the area of the old city,streets and corridors,node landmarks three aspects.Dig into the cultural connotation of the ancient city in the process of historical development,such as military culture,border commerce culture,multi-ethnic settlement culture,religious culture and natural concept.Under the concept of cultural landscape,the formal-meaning relationship between space and cultural connotation of Yulin ancient city is established,and the role of its culture in driving,guiding and influencing the formation of spatial characteristics is clarified.At the same time,it focuses on the reality and future development of the ancient city and analyzes the
