| The improvement of national overall strength advances the expansion of economy and construction industry,in tandem with increasing the activities of engineering construction.Besides the strict project deadline requirements,most engineering also makes a request to engineering quality,engineering cost and other aspects.In this regard,how to seek high-quality project management in the construction industry has become a concerned issue for every construction enterprise.Engineering bidding management is the core of optimizing engineering project resources,which can optimize the allocation of engineering resources to the greatest extent.Moreover,it is also a vital means of weeding out backward contractors and the key to ensuring the success of enterprises’ projects.This thesis uses the literature analysis method to make statistics and analysis revolved around bidding management of construction engineering,and uses the case study means to elaborate around the actual situation of Guangming Construction Company.Firstly,the specific problems of engineering bidding management in the academic field are sorted out,comprising the characteristics and concepts of bidding management and other information.Then,the auction theory,principal-agent theory and other related theories in the academic field are summarized,laying a basic theoretical foundation for this thesis.Thirdly,in the light of the actual situation of Guangming Construction Company,the practical problems of the engineering bidding management of the company are analyzed,and its status quo is discussed at greater length.In the meantime,the specific causes of these problems are deeply analyzed,consisting of lax company’s investigation of suppliers’ information,inflated price ceiling of engineering bidding,slack quality management of bidding materials,inadequate bidding supervision and management,and so on.Finally,corresponding countermeasures are formulated in terms of perfecting the supplier management system,enhancing the calculation and examination of the price ceiling,completing the management mechanism of the material process,reinforcing the supervision and management throughout the process,etc. |
