| With the rapid development of China’s economy and science and technology,the rapid advancement of the pace of modernization,construction projects have sprung up,and at the same time,the gradual improvement of people’s living standards has also promoted the diversification and complexity of construction projects.However,at the same time,it has also exposed many problems,such as under the dual pressure of construction period and cost,resulting in frequent quality problems,which can cause economic losses at best,and cause casualties at worst,and also have a negative impact on enterprises and society.Through indepth exploration,it is found that the traditional extensive management mode is one of the important factors leading to the frequent occurrence of this phenomenon.Quality control as one of the three goals of engineering project management,its importance is self-evident,how to carry out effective and scientific quality management is of vital significance to the entire project,the emergence of BIM technology to solve such problems to find a breakthrough.In March 2021,The Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Long-Range Goals for 2035 was adopted at the Fourth Session of the 13 th National People’s Congress,in which accelerating the construction of digitalization was listed as the next focus of government work,driving the reform of production mode,lifestyle and governance mode with digital transformation as a whole.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the traditional industry-construction industry accounts for an average of about 25% of the country’s GDP every year,and is the vanguard force to meet the country’s strategic reform and development.As the core driving force and engine of digital transformation in the construction industry,BIM technology will be more deeply and widely applied to engineering projects.Firstly,through reviewing the literature,we collect the literature on construction engineering quality management and BIM application at home and abroad,clarify the development context of BIM,analyze the feasibility and importance of BIM applied to construction engineering quality management,and determine the evaluation of BIM-based construction engineering quality management benefits as the research content of this paper..Then,the benefits evaluation of BIM in quality management and other related concepts are elaborated in detail,the benefit evaluation indicators of BIM applied to construction quality management are summarized through relevant literature,and the indicators are classified and optimized according to the basis and principles of the construction of the benefit index system,as well as expert consultation and field investigation,and finally the indicators including finance,product,organization,management and strategy are established,and the benefit index evaluation system of BIM in construction project quality management is established by combining the method of comparative analysis..Finally,combined with the analysis of actual engineering cases,the operation of actual project quality management is carried out by using BIM software and supporting management software,the BIM-based construction project quality management benefit evaluation system established in this paper is analyzed and studied,various index data are collected,and through the comparative analysis of the corresponding indicators of the traditional quality management mode,it is finally concluded that BIM has obvious benefits in construction engineering quality management and scientific and effective construction engineering quality management benefit evaluation system based on BIM. |
