Recently,the Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has promoted a great revolution of work mode and work process in the construction industry all over the world.BIM technology,with its parameterized,visual and synergistic advantages,runs through the whole life cycle of construction projects,which can greatly improve the management efficiency of facilities management and realize efficient use of information.Facility management is a multidisciplinary industry,whose purpose is to maintain high quality of life in business space and increase investment returns.However,as-built documents provided by the contractor are generally incomplete and in poor quality when building is delivered,and the model contains too much redundant information,which can not match the information requirements of the facilities management task,and leads to the difficulty in the decision-making.Therefore,it is necessary to define the information requirements of facility management activities.Many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of related research on the information classification of BIM model and the data requirement of the facility management,but it is not comprehensive enough and neglects the difference of the importance of different information to the facilities management activities.According to the purpose and application scope of facility management,this paper classifies the component entities in BIM model based on the Omniclass,and organizes the attribute information of component entities in attribute inheritance hierarchy of IFC4,which forms the information content system of the delivered BIM model.Group analytic hierarchy process and Delphy expert scoring method are used to calculate the weight of information in the delivered BIM model,and a quality evaluation system for the delivered BIM model for facilities management is constructed.The quality evaluation system of delivered BIM model for facility management defines the information requirements of the facility management,and provides a theoretical basis for the owners and the facility management team to assess the quality of the delivered BIM model,and supports the collection of more important information in priority when resources is limited,which maximizes the benefits of the facility management.
