| With a large number of primary and secondary school campuses and a large number of students in China,school facilities and environmental conditions have a long-term impact on the physical and mental health of students and teachers in schools and the surrounding environment.Under the national situation driven by universal nine-year compulsory education and the double reduction policy,the construction of primary and secondary school campuses is facing new changes,what kind of campus can meet the needs of the times?--This is a question that has been actively explored by the architectural and educational communities.Therefore,this paper makes further research on the evaluation and optimization of construction solutions based on green concepts for primary and secondary schools based on previous studies.Through field research and questionnaire survey,we analyze the current situation of campus construction from four aspects: planning and ecology,environment and health,energy and resources,and regional culture,and summarize the existing problems in the context of local human geography and education development.The optimization strategy and improvement method of campus construction plan were proposed based on the green concept,i.e.,the optimization design rules were systematically sorted out from four aspects:space expansion,building monolith,resource conservation,and humanistic integration,as the direction of future campus construction plan improvement;the operability of the optimization rules was verified through the case study of School Y,and the evaluation methods of the Green Campus Evaluation Standard and Green Building Evaluation Standard were combined.The evaluation method was compared and evaluated before and after the optimization of the campus construction program,and the study showed that the improvement effect of the program design was improved significantly;at the same time,a phased evaluation method based on variable weights for the campus construction program of primary and secondary schools was proposed,which enabled the campus construction to play its own advantages and characteristics even in the environment of specific regional background and project needs.Finally,measures to guarantee the implementation of the construction program are proposed in five major aspects,including strengthening top-level design,strengthening green environment protection,strengthening technical support,strengthening cultural excavation,and strengthening construction and management integration.This thesis has practical value and promotion for the optimization of construction programs of primary and secondary schools in the Liangshan prefecture. |
