| Smart Grid is the future direction of the power system. And China has made a long step ofsmart grid building. National Grid has now approved the first and second batch of dozens ofintelligent substation projects. Southern Power Grid has approved the construction of dozensof intelligent substation project too. But as the most critical technology, the operation andmaintenance of an intelligent substation in used are still at the exploratory stage of research. Ithas become critical and urgent to adapt intelligent substation on-site operation andmaintenance technology.This article is based on the theory of intelligent substation, makes a detailed analysis ofintelligent substation architecture, device characteristics, operation management, technicalfeatures and equipment operation and maintenance requirements. That leads to the key issuesof the intelligent substation operation and maintenance. In this paper, these key issues areinvolved. That is the inspection of the intelligent substation, the maintenance technology ofthe intelligent substation, and the maintenance management system development. Based onthe intelligent substation operation inspection technology requirements and regulations, thispaper sets up the process layer, layer spacing, station control layer, on-line monitoring devicespecific inspection procedures and standards. Based on intelligent substation maintenancerequirements and regulations, this paper proposes the maintenance plan and technology forthe primary equipments, secondary equipments and online monitoring devices. Through theanalysis of the status of intelligent substation equipment operation and maintenancemanagement, this paper gives point of the module development and establishment ofmanagement system.Finally, the article gives the design principles and the technical architectures of the intelligentsubstation management system. After that this paper specifies the details of intelligentsubstation management system design philosophy. In which, the overall system structure andfunction-definitions, equipment evaluation, inspection management and other functions areproposed. |
