| This paper aims at the integrated research between the brand planning,operation management and design practice of the homestay project,excavates and sorts out the relationship between the three from the actual homestay project case,extracts and summarizes,and becomes the reference strategy for the implementation of the mountain homestay project.In recent years,the rapid development of the Internet economy has promoted the close connection of the whole industry,and at the same time,it has also further accelerated the globalization of commerce and tourism.As the "darling" of the tourism industry,the development of homestays has become particularly rapid in the Internet era,and the development has also led to the corresponding competition becoming increasingly fierce.To stand out,you must first do a good job of early market research and planning positioning.At present,the planning,operation and design of homestays are often three independent modules and work contents,and the design agency,planning and operation agency are relatively independent and do not have much overlap.The business type of leisure vacation homestay is different from traditional homestay,and the scale and requirements are much higher than traditional homestay.When encountering such projects,whether to carry out the design or carry out the planning and operation first,which one comes first,which one is more important and which one is more important,how to coordinate and carry out the project is the key to the successful implementation of the leisure vacation homestay project and the sustainable and benign operation.This is a field worthy of in-depth study.It involves a wide range of fields and covers a wide range of content.It is necessary to find a relatively adaptive and systematic execution management strategy for this type of business project.After consulting a large number of domestic and foreign homestay construction project cases,and visiting many well-known homestays and boutique hotels in China,this article combines the two actual project cases that I have personally experienced to position the market research and planning in the early stage of the project,and the planning in the middle of the project.Design,construction,and later project operation management and other related data are integrated and comprehensively analyzed,and finally a set of operation methods suitable for the design practice and planning and operation of such mountain homestays are formed.Taking Quanzhou Qingyuan Mountain Tea-talk House Project and Lin’an MYMORY Boutique Hotel Project as carriers,this paper makes a thorough study on the development of brand strategy,homestay operation,strategy and design,and the complementary relationship between them.In order to build high-quality leisure and vacation accommodation,how to effectively dock between the three modules and how the contents of the three modules will affect each other.This paper summarizes a set of most suitable and optimized docking methods,and hopes to provide reference basis and methods for similar projects in the future. |
