| The "Rural Revitalization Strategy" has once again made the countryside become a hot topic of discussion.In the strategy,it is not only to further improve the rural landscape,but also to promote the rural industry.As a subsidiary industry form of rural tourism industry,homestay can also promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy to a certain extent.Therefore,it is the right time to develop homestay,based on such national policy background.However,the rapid development of homestay also appeared some problems,such as the serious homogeneity phenomenon,damage to the village environment and so on,this article from the domestic and foreign related homestay design case analysis and the homestay design practice from two aspects of research to explore the strategy of rejuvenating rural transformation design under the background of homestay,Thus concluded the homestay facility renovation design strategy.Chang DE city hua-shan village four groups of homestay reconstruction design practice as the core research,local traditional local-style dwelling houses building design elements to extract the object,try to transform the original buildings for homestay with the regional characteristics of the building,at the same time use classical gardening technique for private homestay construction of landscape space,and form a set of integrate into local villages in the environment design,alsoprovide some new ideas for retrofit design of the homestay.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the analysis of the research background and the summary of the design of homestay at home and abroad.The second part mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign homestay transformation design cases,and summarizes the relevant reference significance;The third part analyzes the current situation of the project site and the existing main problems from the macro,medium and micro levels.The fourth part illustrates the creative thinking of the project plan from three aspects: overall planning,architectural transformation and landscape design.The fifth part summarizes the transformation design strategy of the project from six aspects: the construction of landscape space,the new construction of architectural space and the optimization of architectural form.The sixth part is the main conclusion,innovation and follow-up research. |
