Procurement Management Study For Fuel Cell Project In BS Company

As a clean energy source,hydrogen energy has attracted more and more attention in China.The success of hydrogen energy development will determine whether China can achieve the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peak,and whether the country can get rid of the dependence on fossil fuels.In August 2021,the first hydrogen fuel cell urban demonstration cluster was officially approved by five ministries and commissions,city clusters in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong province will be among the first batch of demonstration city clusters to implement "rewards instead of subsidies" which will give further impetus to the development of hydrogen fuel cells.BS company as the tier 1 supplier in the auto industry,has one of the "neck jam" technologies in hand which is the "high pressure common rail system".But the high-pressure common rail system is only used in fuel engines,not hydrogen fuel cell vehicles at all.The development of hydrogen fuel cells is bound to pose a threat to BS’s long-term development.BS is also actively expanding its hydrogen fuel cell business in line with the trend of the industry.Taking the hydrogen fuel cell project of BS Company as a case,this thesis studies the procurement management measures and process optimization space in the development stage of new products.This thesis firstly studies the current status of hydrogen fuel cell development at home and abroad,and analyzes the role of procurement management in its development process as well as the existing problems and solutions.Secondly,taking the development of hydrogen fuel cell of BS company as an example,this thesis deeply analyzes whether there are similar problems and its own uniqueness in BS company’s procurement management,identifies the individual problems existing in BS company’s procurement management,and puts forward an optimization plan.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that Hydrogen fuel cell development is greatly affected by policy,so enterprises should not mix it with general product development,and the procurement management process should be constantly optimized and improved to better serve hydrogen fuel cell development.
