The government subsidy has promoted the rapid development of China’s new energy automobile industry.As the development of the industry is gradually maturing,the subsidies begin to retreat,and the industry in the industry has generally declined.The reduction in subsidy will directly affect the development of the corporate financial strategy.Companies need to adjust the financial strategy in a timely manner to adapt to subsidized survey environments,so that companies can sustainable.The thesis uses Yutong Bus as a research object,mainly using the case analysis method and standardization method for its financial strategy.The article first introduces the basic situation of Yutong Bus,combing the financial strategy used by Yutong Bus.Three angles were then analyzed by investment,financing and dividend allocation,and the investment strategy of Yutong bus was insufficient in the investment strategy of Yutong Bus.Question;there is a large number of fundraising strategies to occupy funds,leading to excessive relying on subsidies and short-term borrowings;the extension of dividend distribution strategy has caused insufficient internal financing.Then analyze the financial environment of Yutong Bus,and adjust the financial strategic goal of the company to match the financial environment.Then combined with the shortcomings of the corporate financial strategy,optimize the financial strategy of Yutong bus,to help Yutong bus to adjust the financial strategy to resort in time to adjust the financial strategy to the subsidy The adverse effects enable companies to resume performance and achieve sustainable development.It also helps to enrich the research of financial strategies related to new energy vehicles.
