Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the decline of government subsidies for new energy vehicles has gradually accelerated. However, with the decline of subsidies, many new energy vehicle companies have stated that their performance has declined due to the decline of subsidies, and some companies are even on the verge of being eliminated. In order to study the impact of subsidy decline on the financial status of new energy vehicle companies, this paper selects Ankai Bus,a new energy bus company that has received a large amount of government subsidies,as the case study object. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: First, according to the direction of capital movement, this paper identifies the financial risks of Ankai Bus before and after the subsidy decline based on the statement analysis method and the financial index analysis method.Secondly, after comparing various financial risk evaluation methods, this paper chooses the entropy weight-TOPSIS method for financial risk evaluation, hoping to visually show the changes in the overall financial risk level of Ankai Bus before and after the subsidy declines.Try to find out the key factors affecting Ankai Bus’ s financial status. Then,in view of the identified risks, analyze what effect the subsidy decline has played on the occurrence of these risks. Finally, based on the identification and evaluation results of Ankai Bus’ s financial style, targeted countermeasures are proposed. The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First, through the identification of financial risks,it is found that after the subsidy declines,Ankai Bus is more likely to have financial risks in financing, investment and operating activities.Secondly, through the calculation results of the entropy weight-TOPSIS method,it can be seen that the financial status of Ankai Bus continues to decline after the subsidy declines, and profitability is a key factor affecting the level of financial risk of Ankai Bus.Then, through the analysis of the causes of financial risks,it is found that the subsidy decline is one of the important reasons for the increase in financial risks of Ankai Bus.The decline in subsidies will lead to a decrease in business income and an increase in accounts receivable, which in turn will lead to insufficient working capital and increase in borrowings. In addition,Ankai Bus’ s heavy dependence on government subsidies will eventually manifest itself as a decline in subsidies. The financial situation of Ankai Bus has declined. Finally, based on the results of financial risk identification and evaluation, this article puts forward some financial risk response measures, hoping to provide a reference for other companies in the same industry in coping with subsidy decline and preventing the occurrence of financial risks.
