With the transformation and upgrading of China’s economic structure as well as the driving for digitalization,the domestic management consulting industry is ushering in a new round of changes and challenges.As an "Asset-light strategy"project,project communication management plays an irreplaceable role in management consulting project operation and implementation delivery.However,the lack of effective strategies and tools for project communication management has become an important obstacle to the development of the domestic management consulting industry.This dissertation,on the basis of citing and referring to a large number of historical documents in the past,also conducts a large number of interviews,research,case analysis and other research work.It systematically analyzes the current situation of project communication management in the local management consulting industry,and concludes a large number of communication problems existing in the management consulting projects process.In order to further improve the communication efficiency in management consulting projects,this dissertation proposes a new communication management solution.The solution is designed on the basis of fully drawing on project management knowledge,communication-related tool models,and combining the needs of project communication in the management consulting industry.It is a highly structured communication management solution.The newly designed solution is an optimized redesign of the business stage model of local management consulting projects,which includes the "Management Consulting Project Process Matrix" and the "PROMPTS" seven-step communication cycle model.To validate the effectiveness of the newly designed solution,this dissertation applies it in the practice of management consulting project of H.Company.By designing the evaluation plan and selecting the corresponding evaluation indicators,the following conclusions are obtained after verification.Compared with the industry data and company data,there are significant changes in the number of changes,project duration,project cost and profit in the management consulting projects of Company H applying the new program.Besides,customer satisfaction is also greatly improved.This indicates that the newly designed solution has a certain significant effect on the improvement and promotion of project communication management.Actually,through the combination of theory and examples,on the one hand,it systematically researches the problems of project communication management in the management consulting industry,and expands the research scope of project management.On the other hand,it has been verified in the application of the project,which improves the communication efficiency of the management consulting project,and provides reference and reference for the follow-up peer in-depth research in the local management consulting industry.
