| Along with the acceleration of the reform of State-owned Enterprises,State-owned Enterprises continue to advance the reform process under the State.In order to better adapt to the situation in the reform,some State-owned Enterprises have been made some structural adjustments.However,the restructuring has brought a number of management communication problems.SD Company is a subsidiary of Sinohydro Engineering Bureau No.Y(hereinafter referred to Hydropower Y Bureau).In order to strengthen the top level design of the strategic development plan,Hydropower Y Bureau actively extended the industrial link,deepen the internal reform,reorganization and integration of internal resources allocation.The SD Company has established by the integration and reorganization of the former third branch and fifth branch of Bureau Hydropower Y Burea.SD company’s main business is hydropower project,also covering road and rail building,municipal housing construction,new energy and other aspects.However,after the merger and reorganization,the rate of resignations was seriously and the economic benefits were not improved significantly.The two branch were not integrated into one.There were many obstacles in the process of management communication,and the strategic planning of the superior had not been recognized by the staff.How to break through obstacles of development and help SD company form the synergy,become the problem that SD company urgently needs to solve at present.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and the interview data of the staff representatives,the author uses relevant literature and books as theoretical support.Considering the actual situation of SD Company,the Author analyzes the obstacles in the management communication and finds out the solution,with the purpose of providing some references in the accurate understanding of the company’s decision-making,improving the efficiency of work and resolving the management contradictions.From helping employees understanding SD Company from the appearance problem to the substance problem,the management communication will be more effectively and a positive cultural atmosphere will be created for the better development of the Company. |
