Research On Safety Risk Of 141 Aviation School Training Based On Unsafe Events Investigation

Safety is an eternal topic of air transportation.With the development of the air transport industry,the demand for pilots is increasing year by year,and the number of aviation schools that train pilots from this is also gradually increasing.Pilots are a profession that many people desire.However,in flight training,due to the influence of various negative factors such as flight students or instructors’ misjudgments,aircraft mechanical failures,and climatic conditions,there is a possibility of unsafe incidents.Therefore,how to improve the safety of aviation school training has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on risk management theory and methods,taking flight training in 141 aviation school as the research object,on the basis of investigation and analysis,unsafe events are studied from the four aspects of "human,machine,environment,and management",and the factors affecting flight training are analyzed.For the safety factor,the improvement measures for the flight training of 141 aviation school were proposed,and a set of evaluation system was established for the improved flight training.On the basis of a summary and analysis of existing domestic and foreign related research,the research technical route is determined.Sort out the relevant concepts and risk management theories of 141 aviation school flight training,carry out investigations,statistics and analysis of unsafe incidents in the civil aviation industry and a certain 141 aviation school in the past 20 years,and summarize from the four aspects of "human,machine,environment,and management" 21 unsafe factors affecting the flight training of 141 aviation school were identified.Based on the analysis of possible risk factors in flight training of 141 aviation school,an explanatory structure model of flight training risk factors is constructed,and through binary logistics regression analysis,it is obtained that meteorological conditions,aircraft failures,safety education and management systems are affecting flight training.Safety is an important factor.The imperfection of safety culture and management system is the most fundamental factor affecting flight training safety,while human factors,mechanical failures and bad weather conditions are the most direct factors leading to unsafe incidents.Finally,according to the characteristics of risk factors in flight training of 141 aviation school,an evaluation system was established for the purpose of reducing safety risks,and it was proposed that the training safety of 141 aviation school should focus on management factors,mechanical factors,human factors,and environmental factors in order.,So as to reduce the safety risk of 141 aviation school training at the lowest cost as much as possible.
